FMIC help

so i know that this is a very popular topic that is discussed on here and i have looked a many of the different threads about the fmic and whats the cheapest and what not and every single one has mixed opinions. I am wondering what would be the easiest FMIC to install on 2G that doesnt require a lot of cutting or anything like that. A kit that can be bolted on real easy? if theres any suggestions it would greatly appreciated!

Punishment racing. VRSF many will say but I think, not sure you'll have to cut a part of the car.

There's so many threads that cover this topic...But the Punishment Racing kit is cheap and only modifications you need to do is trim the bumper a little bit. I have had it for a little over a year with no problems. Within the next few months I will see how it hold up with an hx40!!
