Hi all, i just removed the transmission to have it rebuilt, clutch and flywheel were replaced only a year ago and look good, the flywheel only has a little glazing. Should i have it resurfaced or leave it alone ?

Some times if they don't have a lot of glazing you can get away with with using sandpaper in a circular motion. I'm a cheap ass tho.

No need to pay to have the flywheel resurfaced if it's not warped.

Remove the glaze with a Roloc disc and a high-speed die grinder. These things work wonders.

Well something has gone wrong, transmission has been shifting great, no slipping on clutch. I actually was ready to keep it for a few years because it was fun to drive, no grinding, popoing out of gear, hard to engage gears. Yesterday i was returning from the parts store and when downshifting to pull into my driveway i felt the clutch start pulsating and could hear a deep grinding sound. Stationary in the drive way, with engine running with clutch pressed to the floor, you can hear gears turning when you try to put it in gear

It sounds like the clutch is not fully disengaging, but I'm not sure about the pulsating? Did you have the clutch hydraulics apart when you pulled the tranny? It could have a slight leak and be pulling air in the system.

I would start with the basics.
Does the fork sit in the middle of the "window"
Is the system bled well
Good Master & slave cylinder
Rod under the dash adjusted correctly

Did you replace the TOB while you were in there?
Did you remove the FW or just cleaned it up on the motor?
How did the PP fingers look? Did you torque it correctly, use loctite?

Looks like one of the fingers has broken off on the PP, there was a little ware on them but i thought it would be ok. did everything like i should, what would have caused it to break ?
