Toronto,
On the Exhaust side of the turbo where I start the downpipe, should I be running a gasket or just high heat silcone? Its a T3 5-bolt flange by the way.

I'll make another vote for the gasket.

My setup, HRC Super16, didn't come with a gasket between the turbo and O2 housing and they said one wasn't required. However, after the install I had a leak there but never thought about using high temp silicone because as stated, it gets pretty damn hot there.

Although I would imagine it's cooler than 1500 degrees, I would agree that it's probably hotter than the high temp could handle.
