Fix my suspension

I just bought a 1995 Eclipse GSX with the following suspension/wheel setup.

Eibach springs Pro kit 1.3" drop front and back
ASA 18" x 7.5 JH8 wheels/Kuhmo escta 225 40R18 tires
ingalls camber kit
KYB AGX adjustable shocks/struts.


The rear wheels hit the outside of the fender so i'm thinking the offset might be to high.
what is the max offset that would work with this set up?

My second problem, the front tire strikes the top inside of the wheel well not the fender. The shocks are set on there stiffest setting so there is no excessive bounce. I did not do any of the work so I dont really have any idea what if anything was installed or setup wrong. I am looking for some ideas to correct the problem.

Do you have a picture of you car? Sounds like something funny is going on there. There is no "normal" reason that 225/40's should rub with the pro kit. I'd say you probably wanna be around 35 to 38mm offset with 7 1/2's. Pictures would help tremendously. Do you know what the degree, toe, etc. is setup on the car right now? Any wheel spacers?

I will try to put some pictures on today. I was told that everything was zeroed just before i picked it up. I think the off set on these wheels is 40-45 going to findout for sure today.
Are spacers easy to spot and if so where do I look and what do they look for.

Once you take the wheel off, you'll be able to see the spacer. it'll be a flat plate that fits over the wheel studs and it'll be aluminum and you'll easily identify it. It most likely will be loose once you take the wheel off and you will not have any difficulty in recognizing it.

I have the same suspension set up you have on my 1G and although I have only 16" rims and different profile tires, there is gob's of room under front and rear wheels. So something isn't quite right with yours.

I've read that the spring rate of the Eibach springs are lower than stock. I had them on two previous cars and they also hit the bump stops easily. Not sure why it's rubbing in the rear though.

When i took my prokits off my gst and put them on my gsx they did this i had to put washers on the top to keep my back tires from hitting this guy could have done something like this.
