How to fix my seat?

I was adjusting my clutch the other day. Had to literally lie down with the seat reclined and my head under the dash and my feet towards the rear. I'm 6'4 so it was kind of a hassle getting out. I almost got stuck LOL. But when I got out I slid my leg weird and popped the side support cushion off of the frame of the seat. Like the piece that hugs your ribs closest to the drivers door. Now the bar is digging in my ribs and it doesn't feel good. I tried muscling the cushion back on but can't. Is there a way I could somehow take the cloth off of the seat and put the cushion back where it goes then slide the cloth back over? Or how could I do this?
