It has to be starter. Check all the connections on it and make sure your battery is fully charged.

ok so i posted a topic earlier about my car not turning over after the swap.

i've tried everything including putting on a new starter.

what i did notice is that i took out the ECU to check the plugs but i notice there are some cut and splice wires. also a long blue cable not connected to anything. could it be the the problem is coming from the ECU?

also if anyone can help me with a ECU wiring Diagram that would be awesome. thanks.

Make sure the wire for the solinoid is hooked up properly. Also you can always just arch the starter across the hot wire and the solinoid wire to make sure the starter works. The ecu shouldn't have anything to do with it not cranking.
