15psi
rewired fuel pump
2g elbow
2.5 uicp
supra smic
dejon tool licp

BTW, by the time I hit 6k rpm my boost has dropped to about 11psi. It gradually falls

Ok from what I've been told, its adding to much fuel to make up for the hacked MAS that i forgot to list. Should I put that cone back in place and see what it does? I know its not hard to do, but just looking for some different opinions on this.

Well your running really really really lean. The higher over 100% you are, means your lean, and anything under 100% means your rich. Since your fuel trims are all way over 100%, you need to add fuel. Until you get an AFC or something to tune with, turn your boost down a little bit and go from there.

WTF Ok FT's aren't used at WOT. You are running lean at idle and cruising though. Need to get that corrected.

You are getting some knock as well, need to richen it up.

Your o2 sensor is dead? Why is it reading 100? It should say 1.0 if anything, and that would be pegged rich which would be wrong as well.

I'd turn the boost down, and replace that o2, it could be your FT culprit as well. Well it most likely is.

You didn't remove both honeycombs did you?

That's O2 trim in the log, not O2 voltage. :thumb:

Anyway, the FT's aren't going to change anything at WOT, so no big deal there. It will, however, kill your gas mileage if your O2 is dead. I would check into that just because of the price of fuel these days. Post up your injector size and lo throttle AFC settings a 1k, 2k, 3k & 4k. Also, take a look at your FT's at idle and let us know where they are at. Provided they aren't pegged, you should see your O2 voltage bouncing around at idle between about 0.2v and 0.8v.

Anyway, on to the log. The less parameters you log the more data points you will have.

This is what I would do:

Add 2 - 3% fuel from 4k to redline. Log ONLY knock, airflow, timing & rpm. Then, make a 2.5k to redline pull in 3rd gear and post up the log.

i must have a boost leak or something. logged today (not posted yet) with .82 02 voltage wot 3rd gear about 4500rpm :notgood:

Checking for boost leaks is always a good thing to do on a regular basis.

As far as your O2 voltage of 0.82v........I can't say anything about that. Using O2 voltage durning a WOT pull is worthless on a 1g. With a 2g, it can give you a little bit of information about how the car is running.

Since you have a 1g, you want to tune for no knock. I have seen DSMLink logs with an O2 voltage of 0.85V (2g) and no knock. So as you can see, it's worthless.

Check for leaks and then wait on the SAFC.

EDIT> Also, you might want to turn down the boost to ~12psi until you get the SAFC-II and injectors installed.
