I asked him
To which he replied
Then i said
I have never driven or even had a ride in one of these cars before but i have always liked them.

1992 Plymouth Laser RS Saanich, Victoria
I asked him
Any rust or accidents?
What color is the interior?
Everything work?
Did you do the mods or did the guy you got it from do them?
Do you have a list of all mods done?
What wheels (and what size) are those? (would like to look up and see how heavy they are)
How far behind on regular maintenance are you?
Do you have maintenance history?
Is the clutch slipping? (how do you know its only got 6 months on it)
Do you have any more (recent) pics?
To which he replied
no rust, no accidents, i did the mods, interior is grayish, old man drove it before me. it needs an alternator, strut and possible clutch, the clutch slipped on me at high rpms in 3rd gear but hasnt done it since seeing as though i drive it quite easy. its still driveable. right now it just needs a battery charge and me to probably change the alternator with its warranty, i put it in like 2 months ago. the wheels are 18" with 235/40/zr18 diamondbacks. i have maintenance history, but i did all the work so mostly lordco receipts. its basically priced to sell because i just need to get it off my hands. im going to school and just dont have the time to deal with it. Im going to be realistic here, if my car was in tip top running shape, i would be asking 3800. i knocked 900 bucks off because to be honest, the clutch is 195$ flywheel resurfaced 75$ struts 70$ (piece)alternator 150$.. those are all my costs on it, and i can get them for you at that price. this car basically needs an owner that wants to spend a weekend of work to get it back up on its feet.
Then i said

I don't have the space, tools or skills to do a clutch on my own so i'm betting it will cost me a lot more then that to get a shop to do it.
Are there any other mods other then whats listed in the add? Also i did a bit a research about the FMIC and pretty much everybody says that with the stock turbo it actually just creates lag. What are your thoughts about it?
Do you know the name of the wheels? If they are really heavy i might want to change them form some smaller lightweight wheels. I just want to get an idea of what im going to be spending after i buy it hehe
Is there any kind of stereo in the car or is it all stock?

!! Absolutely crazy silly things for a potential buyer to ask. The best was him trying to convince me not to get it inspected. Really inspires a lot of confidence. All i have to say is wow.
