Alright lately I have been having problem after problem when tuning with my maft. Started out with a faulty o2 sensor and a good tune. Changed the sensor and screwed my tune but after the retune I had this problem while cruising sometimes it would just randomly lean out to 17.2 which you all know is enough to make it fall on its face for a second. Other issues began to follow which I eventually narrowed down to a boost leak AFTER the GM MAF which was the throttle body seals. Swapped to a 1G TB and this is where I stand, cruising afr is 13.2-14, cant seem to get it just right. Wideband is EVERYWHERE one second im cruising at 14 the next im in the high 11s then back to 14 then it will lean out to mid 16s. As the trims sit right now the low is 3.5 and the mid is in the 5ish spot, high never updates for me. But only a few days ago my low was -12 and my mid was 12. Now im almost sure they are related so ill also include these slight issues. On my maft I can adjust any of the nobs except the low. If I so much as turn the low one click either way the car dies. Also ever since the 1g TB install when i leave it in gear and let off the gas instead of leaning out to 20 like it should sometimes it stays in the 14-15 spot on the wideband, as if its still getting fuel or something and when I first crank it in the mornings its flat 10.0 and takes a while to finally lean out. I need some ideas here guys im about to lose it trying to find the problem:banghead:

Those trims arent terrible at all, Do you have to calbrate the sensor before driving?

No its a plug and play installation. And I know they arent too bad right now but what explains why they are all over the place sometimes going to negative 12 and 12 and why the wideband is dancing back and forth. I would say faulty wideband but you can feel it when it leans out and goes really rich.

Just a little update the trims are still up and down when i left work the low was -0.09 and the mid was 11 and when i got home (20 mile trip) the mid had went down to 5 and then back up to 8. Also seemed to notice while cruising if i pushed the gas about halfway down it would lean out to 17.2 until the turbo spooled and then it would richen up to 13s which makes no sense because i thought it would be the opposite.

I have a similar problem and my tps is dead. Have you gotton your safc yet does it still do it? Have you check your mas, fuel injector resistor, and tps? I seen you said you replaced the front o2 have you checked your cooling temp sensor (cts) The link below could also be an issue doesnt hurt to look.
ANy one of the sensors could cause you this issue. Do a search on testing these the directions are there I just cant get to them my work computer blocks certain stuff. Sorry

I changed the CTS a while back. I also wanted to add that my tps at idle reads 15% and it did that even before I swapped to the 1g TB. Another thing I wanted to ask is if not adjusting my idle correctly could somehow cause it. I just turned the screw I didnt ground the wire or sensor. Thanks for the links ill check them both out and I havent had a chance to install my safc yet that will be this weekend.
