I got my fuel trims down to 0.58%, but my AFR's were still 0.5 off from my ecu inputs. You have to scale your injectors before you tune you latencies. I also had to scale my 750's to 675, so yours are probably too high.
 
Well ive rescaled injectors from 565cc to 554cc so hopefully that will help with the AFR and Fuel map issue.... I will post back if I have any trouble and/or updates. Thanks for all the help... Anybody know the best way to get in touch with Ceddy? Ive ordered Big maps but didnt what I was suppose to do from there?

Well he is really hard to get a hold of these days. He'll show up on here every once in a while so you'll just have to wait it out. You'll be happy with big maps, I got it and it help so much with getting rid of isolated knock.

you can try registering on his forum at ceddy.us but from what i have seen you have a bit better chance getting a hold of him here on tuners.
 
Ok so my idle is .72% which I dont feel to bad about to be honest and my crusing trim is off as im still trying to get that correct but I cant figure out this WOT problem... I lowered the injector scaling and now at WOT it is reading 13.2 and gets leaner as rpm goes up. So im wondering if it isnt the fuel pump just needs rewiring for constant voltage cause it was 10.5 when I had it set at 565cc just got leaner as it went so that makes me thinkg fuel pump as stated before

Only problem I have is that I lowered the scaling and AFR got leaner which it should have went the other way

What am I doing wrong haha
 
As you go toward higher revs, you actually get less load because the turbo is past it's efficiency which could push you into leaner cells on your AFR map. How much leaner is it going? Also, what turbo are you running?
 
Now that I did not know.. Im still kind of new to this tuning thing haha. I end the run around 5200-5500rpm because it exceeds 10 counts of knock and by then the AFR has leaned out to 11.5-11.7. When I begin the run it starts at 10.5(with injectors scaled to 565) and slowly leans out from there

Try scaling your injectors to 513 and see how that goes for you. Honestly the pump should handle what you're doing just fine. The pump really easily outflows the 560s that you have in your car rewired or not.

Also what is your IDC during these pulls? Remember if you have problems logging IDC that you must have IPW and RPM logged above IDC for IDC to work properly since it is a calculated value and not a logged value.
 
ok so type in 513 and you get 509cc so I will go with that....
Also on Latency when it says increase should i go from -.048 to -047 or the other way? Kinda lost on that since it is a negative number???

Got in touch with Ceddy so Big maps will be in tonight so hopefully all will be fixed. Will report back with info

EDIT:
Got everything installed this morning before work and something isnt meshing correctly...
I uploaded the Rom and then unhooked the battery for about 10mins....
Started the car and noticed it was running very lean(WB 16.7-17.2) and once it got a little warmer it was so lean the car started to run rough(sounds like ive got cams in it while im idling.
) and off the gauge
Took it for a quick cruise at operating temps, maxed out positive FT's while cruising and if you went WOT it would spit and sputter just like it was on antilag... Idle trims are climbing up positive...
Taking off from a light it will not take any throttle above 20% or bog down.

I tried to redo latency and didnt really help....

Tonight im going to check for Boost leaks and see if that is causing these problems and going to try to rewire FP this weekend

UPDATE:
Been trying to play with it all day since work is slow today... I changed all the perpritary bits back to on or like the ROM off Ceddy site would be and it runs fine other than needing to adjust a little for fuel trims on cruise. So I guess I need to go through and figure out what each bit does and see what didnt mess with my car and made it run so lean and like poop! haha

Alright guys i got a 99 gsx and i just placed my order for an openport 2.0 cable with the mitsubishi reflash adaptor. Is there a certain version of evoscan that i need or can i use any version of evoscan? Can someone link me to where i can download the version of evoscan that i need? Thanks
 
They have a new version out. 2.8. But you are going to need ecuflash to actually flash your ecu,not evoscan.

If you can't find EvoScan's website on your own you should probably give up the idea of tuning your own car.
