First DSM related purchase of 2010

I'm sure I am already a month or more behind everyone else, but I just made my first DMS related purchase of 2010

HKS Turbo Time Type-1 with Harness
OEM weighted shifter knob

It would have been my FMIC, but it's on back order until April. Man I can't wait for summer.

What's the first thing you bought for your DMS this year?

Congrats man I know once you buy one thing its hard to stop The first thing I bought this year was a precision sc61 turbo and manley rods. Trust me I didnt want to stop there, but thats all the wife would allow for now.

What's the first thing you bought for your DSM this year?

New front knuckles and all four front lower ball joints.

Just trying to keep up on maintenance.

First DSM related purchase for me was a data logger, and I am damn glad I did buy it. I found out one of my injectors is dead, care to guess what my next purchase is going to be?

new tires and an alignment, nest on the list... all the parts needed to do the timing belt and the pumps and such at one time.. that will be bought in pieces kind of like saving up =)

I bought a new OFH, Fuel injector clinic rail, 3" downpipe, mishimoto aluminum radiator, mishimoto radiator hoses, new oem 97-99 headlights, motor mount inserts (all 4), OEM valve keepers, OEM throw out bearing, walboro 255lph, Non-cruise control cable, and forced performance intake Im in the process of finishing my build. Almost forgot a VIS Carbon fiber hood.

My first purchase was going to be a logger, but i discovered all of my injector seals are leaking, so Im taking care of that first.

wheel hub, AFPR install kit, walboro 255, new fuel sending unit, glowshift 3 gauge pod, cxracing radiator, wheel alignment, 20% tint, pioneer stereo, Wideband o2 sensor, ngk bpr6es then 7es, and some extra stuff.

You don't need a turbo timer on a turbo that is watercooled, you are insulting the waters ability to keep the oil from coking.

Not true if you do some spirited driving and shut it down right away you can boil the coolant off which would be bad for the turbo.

i just got a good bit of stuff on order now. New TB gaskets, new couplers, shifter bushings, BISS screw kit and a bunch of other things i cant remember off the top of my head.

Exactly! Your non-saltiness makes you better than 97% of every other water molecule on Earth. Also, thank god your job is cooling off a turbo, just be happy your not helping rinse off the sweaty, foul smelling, 375 pound man working at mcdonalds.

Just like Hooligan, my first DSM purchase of the new year is a new DSM that I'm finally picking up tomorrow soon to be followed up with 1000cc injectors, DSMlink, and possibly a cf hood.

just picked up a 91gsx(6/4) dirt cheap today! and picked up my 98 gsx last week.. and am about to sell my 96 tsi awd 6bolt... to many dsm's.. ohh and also just got a built 6bolt for the 98 how i love tax return season!
