It was just about a y ear ago that I bought my POS 99 automatic gsx!

It was almost completely stock, but slower than stock. Its been a long road, and I underwent the entire car build over the last 4 months. Basically, built a longblock, and well.....everything. I will update my sig with all the mods, but basically here is what is done...

BLOCK:
2.3 stroker
7 bolt with weisco 1400HD pistons
oliver rods
ARP's throughout (L19 studs)
oem mls HG
3g lifters
cosworth s/r
HKS 272 cams
fidanza cam gears
gates timing belt

TURBO:
FP 3065 turbo
FP manifold
tial 44mm WG
tial bov
hallman boost

zex dry nitrous kit

should be a good ride! Car goes on the dyno tonight at 5:30 I will give numbers as soon as I get em!!! Break 450!? We shall see!

Thanks guys! I should be doing a better job of hiding some wires when the car is back to being driven every day and I have the time to pick some things apart! I'll try and get a video of the dyno session as well to throw here!

the daily driving tune is in! 93 octane pump gass it laid down 345hp 312 tq! keep in mind the automatic!

Thanks guys! The tune is on 24 pounds. I am looking to get speed density and bigger injectors to make a little more on the DD tune. For all out track days, I am going to run an undetermined race fuel, but Im not the E85 type just because theres only a few pumps around me with it, and I forget to watch my gas needle too much haha. There will be a serious tune with some sort of race gas in the very near future!

Understandable(about e85), but none the less sick looking build!!

That's great man, good work. I'm trying to do something similar, as I'm sure many people are when it comes to taking a beat down DSM and turning it into a beast. And the best part is doing most of it on your own....you really get to know your car inside and out. And that is something you can't experience when just buying a built or new car. Keep it up man.
