I just finished my star stage 2 install, and hooked up everything correctly and my boost gauge reads like -20 then when i floor it I can hear the turbo spooling but my gauge reads 0 it goes from -20 to 0 and it doesnt feel faster so i dont think im getting any boost, my clamps are all tight im clueless how do i check for a boost leak? and my blowoff valve doesnt work but i think thats because im getting no boost.

check for boost leaks. check vfaq for directions on how to make one. The BOV doesnt blow off cause you arent making any boost. Check all intercooler pipes

Without a doubt theres a clamp not tightened or a vac hose not connected. Go back over EVERYTHING.

it must be a vac leak. if your gauge goes from vac to 0 then you are getting air from the turbo but loosing it from a vac. leak. thats my guess. if it was a charge pipe leak you would prolly stay at 10 vaccum, at wot

yeah im an idiot some how i guess when i put my bumber back on it took off one of the intercooler pipes put it back on and together now i got boost and WOW i love boost this car is so fast now its awsome i love it!
