For being finished, you're missing the downpipe, IC pipe from the turbo, vacuum line to the BOV.... but that's all small stuff ;)

Congrats. Looks good.

Looks good quick question though, should the oil return line be running over where the intake inlet is? Doesn't that housing heat up pretty good? Just wondering I'm preparing for my build also.

Oh yeah... downpipes are over rated (sarcasm).

The oil return heads straight to the oil pan. I have the ic piping its just not on.I need an a/f a lot of vaccum line and zip tie all my lines. I also like how no one points out that there is no radiator. The dp will be made as soon as I get a radiator in it.

I totally forgot about that my bad dood. I need both now. When I get out of bed in the next hour ill grab my mic and put of measurements. I got the 2.5in ones.

Werent you running a holset? I thought u were using the stock housing/ V Band

I was gonna. But plans changed. Wasn't too comfortable running an ebay turbo.

I originally thought that but couldn't tell from the pic. Wasn't sure if you were running a small one since it kinda looks like the upper rad hose is connected. Maybe it's just my bad eyes these days though.

Well now that its all hooked up I am having issues. It runs great untill... 4psi in which it goes way lean and falls on its face. Any ideas where to look? It doesn't buck or anything just runs out of power. Is there any way to verify if my fmu is operating?

It's something with the fuel for sure. Make sure teh FMU is hooked up right. Do you have a FP gauge installed? That will show you if it's working properly.

Problem is isolated. But I wanted to upload some of the final pics.

It sucks because I had tto re thread tape all my oil feed line connections. And redo my return line. Jb weld is my friend. I now have no leaks except the oil pressure sending unit itself. Two more real couplers and a fuel pump from 8 psi.

Looks good.
Is that turbo internally gated?

So seeing as this was posted a couple of days ago, how's that Nylon thread tape holding up to oil? Oh, what's that? Your fittings have already started to leak? You should've used some red thread lock. Let it cure for a day and it's good to go until you crack the threads.

What on God's green earth are you using JB weld on? This scares me.......

How many couplers do you have coming off the compressor housing's outlet?!?!?!? That black elbow fitting will be toast in 1 month from 5lbs of boost. If you look at the "boost it for under $1k" thread, you'll see the results of using the home depot couplers.

That engine bay is cramped, I guess I forgot how crowded it is in the 2gnt-t engine bay with ac, ps, fuse box, and oem ecu, and the washer bottle....been a while I guess...LOL.

I know that home depot is gonna pop, I already ordered some ply elbows. And my thread tape is holding up just fine. The jb weld is being used to make the elbow stick to the factory out put on the oil return. The reason I had to re do my fittings is because I forgot I had it apart and never re taped a fitting. Only leak I have now is the actual sending unit.

I think the better question is what can't you put jb weld on! (obviously I'm joking) +1 on the 24 hour cure, it will set up in 4 min but DO NOT run it for a FULL 24 hours (I work with a Loctite rep).
