Finally got a dsm again...but has problems

I finally got a dsm again! 1995 eagle talon tsi awd with a 6 bolt swap, 750 injectors i was told?, 14b, punishment racing fmic and intercooler pipes, and bov. Pushiing 9lbs, has stock intake and exhaust. (wierd I know)
Ok so my problem is that it has a high idle (1300-1500rpm). I adjusted the idle. Got it down to around 1200rpm or so and thats as far as i can adjust it. What could be the problem since I already turned down the idle as far as I can? Maybe the throttle cables not adjusted right and its giving it a little throttle, giving it high idle?
Im not sure, if anybody can give me any idea's I'd appreciate it.

Check the usual, base timing at idle, vaccum hoses, isc motor values.

Don't forget to check the fast idle valve, aka FIAV.

It could be post throttle body leaks too. Boost leak test.
