My number is 9257919991 I have a lot of questions. That’s why I would rather you call me or text me but pretty much what I have right now is DC sports rear strut Megan racing lower tie bar, Megan, racing trailer, arms, toe arms, and camera arms Megan racing coil overs energy suspension bushings i’m getting a three point custom front rebar. I know you make a lot of suspension parts. I just wanted to see if you could do a package deal for a bunch of suspension parts that I need including the ones that you made and also I know you made them in red. Can you make them in billet or polished color?
Best to PM me as we can also have pictures. As for the billet and polished. Some items are already Billet, and I do them in color, but no polished options. What I supply is as is. Any process after that is up to you on your end and a service you would have to find and have done to them. I sell my items as I designed and finished as only. Please send me a PM.

I stand behind what I send out, so any modifications to my products void any kind of warranty and such from being altered to what i designed. Polishing should be fine as long as they don't make it super thin. But with that said, that may also change the color a bit, so please be aware of that.

So do you want me to message you on Facebook? And yes, Billy is fine. It’s because a lot of the parts that are on my car are police or aluminum coloring so I’m trying to keep the colors the same as long as all the suspension parts you offer are billet I could work with that and also if you make a B pillar bar for the eclipse, I need one of those as well but what do you recommend because I am daily driving the vehicle. I’m only going to boost up to 400 hp max. I don’t know how many pounds of boost yet, but that’s my realistic ideal for it

PM here or on FB, I do not mind as either will work for me man.

OK, and I do have a 420a how much for all the suspension Parts as a package deal? And do you make lower control arm and I also need the rear and front adjustable ball joints I don’t know if you make the spindles or not but that’s pretty much all that I need thus far.

A few more updates to add to this, as I am now behind on this thread.

First, we have the 1G AWD carrier bearing rebuild kit. These are a fresh design, like nothing else done or offered and will be a huge help to the community! Since they are discontinued now (That word is something that will be used an awful lot moving forwards LOL) But thankfully FIBA Motorsport has tried super hard to recreate what can be done for everyone to help and in our OEM+ versions, meaning BETTER quality, LONGER lasting product, and where possible, FULLY Rebuildable with replacement parts offered or if you wish to get spares upfront and have them on hand, That is also possible as an option to.

1G DSM (AWD) Carrier Bearing Specs 👇

👉 Please welcome the 1G DSM AWD Rebuildable Carrier Bearing Kit 😲😲😲😲😲

This kit will come in two versions, BOTH are to fit your OEM housings! So you are refurbishing your OEM housing with NEWLY designed parts that are long-lasting, replaceable, and also upgradable - unlike before! These kits will be fully rebuildable and allow you to stock spares for the future. 🤯

KIT VERSION 1 Contents
  • New Stainless Steel press-on protective caps for both sides of the bearing (fully reusable if undamaged).
  • New poly dust seal for one side of the cap, as the OEM is (these poly seals are fully replaceable).
  • New bearings will be offered in three major brands from KOYO, NSK and NTN (also, the option to upgrade to a Hybrid Ceramic bearing).
    • Less friction and cooler running bearing = faster driveline speeds - optimal for racing (Ceramics will be made to order at the time, so a delay will occur).
  • ⚠️ This is for the people who have GOOD non-cracked rubber isolators ONLY!!! You will reuse everything else from your OEM housing otherwise.
KIT VERSION 2 Contents
  • New Stainless Steel bolt-on protective caps for both sides of the bearing (fully reusable if undamaged).
  • New poly dust seal for one side of the cap, as the OEM is (these poly seals are fully replaceable).
  • New 2-piece design Poly Isolator Rings for the housing (these will be slightly stiffer than OEM to aid in better support). Poly material will outlast stock rubber by far (fully replaceable also).
  • New Stainless Steel Isolator Ring (metal spacer ring). This will be cut with drain holes, like the OEM is (fully reusable and stainless will never corrode).
  • ⚠️ This is for those who have tired, dry-rotted, damaged Isolator rubbers and want a FULL service kit where possible!
BOTH kits will come with new hardware to bolt the housings back together again.

This one is one of those that sprang out of nowhere! I was doing other development work and I knew they were discontinued and it was on my list to look into. But in true FIBA Motorsport fashion I could not just do one version, OH no, that's far too easy and unlike us 😝.

Thank you to Kyle for the video (This can be seen on my FB page and posted by Kyle himself), glad I could help someone out in need before they are fully released.

* Version 1 will be like OEM was. steel-plated and rubber boot. more cost-effective and non-rebuildable.

* Version 2 will be a full FIBA Motorsport OEM+ edition!
Stainless material for long-lasting protection + replaceable Poly boot for even longer-lasting protection and anti-wear/degrading. THIS V2 version allows you to replace just the boot should you split it or damage it, which makes maintenance a lot cheaper in the future!

Each version will come with a New Stainless steel supporting ring and clamp + clip. (Grease likely won't be supplied as many people use their own specific grease these days) But maybe available upon request for extra.

OEM on the left, FIBA Motorsport on the right (smoother body)

OEM+ is in testing print version currently but all checks out and will be released for a batch sometime in Jan/Feb as I need to get the tooling prices for the injection molding for the poly boot

Who remembers the DSM 7 bolt hydraulic tensioners a while back here??? Well if not you are not doing well at keeping upto date here are you 🤣

Just incase anyone wants to know, these are now being done in the Evo form also! In every way...

These have been a slow project but still a project that has progressed bit by bit. Most of the insides are now done and seals chosen. These will still work exactly like OEM does. Just with the added benefit of being serviceable!

Thats right... A fully serviceable tensioner! 😲. Never before has this been done. It takes alot of designing to do but its why FIBA Motorsport loves to innovate and why we produce so many first's for the community over the years! We care for our chassis and for your chassis alike. 🥰

These will be able to be serviced at home or send in for servicing cutting replacement costs down over time and years to come! Of course these are not in the ready stages yet and some details cannot be shown for reasons but you get the idea 😉

Bobby, maybe i missed it but why do this when there are still aftermarket versions available?

Because the good brands are going and hard to get a hold of now. and why? well do this now before they start to become very hard to get or worse, more costly from them as they get harder to get

Yup. I managed to find a few 6 bolts which was hard to do even in europe or in the US! the early 2G and late 1G is another tricky on to find but I found a few of each thankfully

Unless there is somebody doing some sort of restoration I don't see a need for early 2g. Use the late 2g.

1G AWD DSM rear stainless backing plates are NEARLY ready!

This is something I tried fo finish up before leaving the UK but ran out of time. I managed to get the last bend in which is tight due to being close to the other bend but I will be looking for a very shallow throat on a bender shortly for the batch to be done in house.

But this is pretty good and setup/measurements are spot on and all bolts go in place perfectly!

Now 1G owners (maybe even 3K/GTO chassis also as their rears are very similar if im not mistaken to the 1G's trailing arms) people will finally have a good option now vs corroded OEM shields. And be just as upto date as the 2G DSM's which we already do.

1G fronts still need to be worked on but will not be completed until my fly press is 100% operational and a flange tool pressing has been made for the lip the OEM front shield has.

I'm in for both rear plates (when officially done) and fronts so I'll keep in touch.

The rears will be sold first since I do not have my flypress up and fixed to the ground yet. It needs a forktruck to lift it in place also LOL but once the rears are ready i shall post up here also

So today I picked up a full box of 1G rear end parts.

Plans are to mock from some parts to have parts and designs ready and see what we at FIBA can come up with. I know some parts are already done but some parts are not made and we would like to be the first if we can!

So far this was mocked up for the rear Mustache bar. This is a Billet version that is bolt-on and the plans are to have dual use of either Poly bushes or solid/Delrin. so 1 mounting fits both versions.
Just some of the ideas in the brain LOL

Of course some may not come to light (cost can be a factor also on that) but just showing what the brain ticks away on and thinks and when I want to chillout I draw and just come up with random stuff sometimes. Might not be needed but I love to draw and design things. I would love to design my own car one day hahaha

Side gears in rear diff, I guess these Crack on us and there's no other aftermarket option other than donor gears from a 35YO factory car. Seems like the other rear diff gears out there aren't as strong so 3kgt rear diff.

Had someone ask for the 1G steering rack bushes.

I had actually started these but never got to finish them off. Like a lot of things that got started LOL

So this morning, as I woke up early, I got to finish them BOTH off and will be ready for a 3D print version in TPU for checking.

Once all checked out, I will be looking if either printing in TPU or having a mold made for 80A poly bushes are suitable.

I am sure the main trans guys will have a handle on this and way to make them better and offer it up. I mean they are the optimal guys for the job, ideally. Even if they do something that is new but about the same strength the metal fatigue over the years will allow another 50+ years as these get driven less and less these days. I can look into something if it is a thing of mass need, Just need to be sent one so I can reverse engineer it. I am working on some splined items currently that get old and weak so maybe just be able to add that into the future parts
