fiav/isc question unblock

Ok so i have a 90 with a 90 turbo tb and i eliminated the fiav in turn eliminating the isc not what i wanted can i simply open the fiav back up and leave the coolant lines off and cap off the 2 ports so that the isc will work and fix my idle

Also could this contribute to a no start cold start i just replaced the cts and it was working good till i eliminated the fiav/isc? I would like to know before i buy yet another cts

Ok now im not trying to spend more money will my idea work as well? Anybody ever tried it; or if someone knows what cars the parts i would need to do that then i can snag them at a pick and pull

I cant use a blockoff plate my tb is a 90 and you cant inbolt the lower half like all the other tb's

Ummm thats no help i already have it blocked off i want to have control of my isc again as my idle sucks and i think its taking part in my cold start issue as the cts is new

Want i want to know is if i can simply turn the fiav back out but leave coolant lines off and just ports blocked so the isc works

I have it blocked i got that man thats not what im asking.

Enless im totaly missing what your putting out there
