FIAV or ISC?

I have been having a bit of a slow surging problem on a cold start ups. I cleaned up my isc and put a new o-ring on. When cold it surges slowly and I have to keep my foot on the gas. When its warm I cant get the idle below 2K rpm's even adjusting the biss screw. Would cleaning out the FIAV also help the problem? Or does it sound like a bad FIAV or ISC?

if you could clean the fiav it could help... also make sure your idle adjustment screw is set correctly

Try unplugging the isc and use only the biss screw to adjust

yeah thats what i did when my idle was way off

It won't throw a check engine light either!

ohm out the ISC using the VFAQ guide if its fine then clean the fiav and adjust the idle with the idle switch unplugged
