First off, hello everyone! New to tuners, but pretty familiar with DSM's. Not an expert by any means, but I know my way around them pretty well.

Info on my car... 72k miles, automatic, all maintenance done (replaced all rubber hoses, filters, plugs, wires, etc), rebuilt the TB and replaced the valve seals and FIAV seal too. Compression in all cylinders is between 165-180.

Mods: 3" turbo back exhaust, K&N cone filter, Greddy RS BOV, NGK BPR6ES plugs, Taylor 8mm wires, and that is about it.

Here is the problems I am running into. First I am using a TON of gas. I am getting about 100-120 miles per FULL TANK of gas. I have checked every sensor I could find with a multimeter and compared my findings to my Haynes manual. Everyone was within spec (TPS, MAF, IAC, etc). I have fixed any lingering boost leaks, had the seals on the TB leaking so those were replaced along with the gaskets. Boost leak test holds 20psi fine without a single leak (I am running stock boost, never adjusted it before). Replaced both o2 sensors too. There is no CEL either to help guide me.

My plugs are caked in unburnt gas, and I've replaced them 3 times within 1000 miles so far. My rear bumper now has a black spot right where the muffler is because of this problem too :(

I don't have a fuel pressure tester, so I don't know what its at but I am beginning to think my FPR is bad and is what is causing this. All the symptoms fit.

My second problem is stalling and trans issues. When I first start my car after its been sitting I pop the car in reverse and all it does is rev up and not move. If I stop revving it and let go of the brake and gas it'll slowly start to "grab" and then move. The fluid is full, and looks very clean. I am not sure if the converter is locking up on me because when I am driving, and start coming to a stop the car will stall out on me, or almost stall out on me. If I put the car in neutral the RPM's will recover, and won't stall out. Does this point to a bad torque converter?

If you need any other info let me know. Thanks!

Have you checked the physical connection? I have a 1G and my MAF connector was not fully plugged so I was getting about 7 MPG. Hope this will help

Yes I have. I've checked the volts and/or ohms of each of the wires into the plug itself too. And I can unplug it when its running, and its very obvious that it got unplugged. I can't say for sure that its not the problem.

FPR or FPR-S is a good bet then, get a logger too.

My fps triggered my CEL about 3 months ago, but I replaced it with a known good used one and the CEL went away. I also replaced those vacuum lines too (along with every other one in my engine bay, including the 8 million around the EGR valve).

I work for an autoparts store (quality parts, not a crappy place like Autozone or Pepboy's!), so tomorrow I'll grab a new FPR and see if that fixes that issue.

Do you have any ideas about my trans issue?

It does kinda sound like the torque converter, but there's a lot going on and I'd see if you can get someone more knowledgeable than me to reply.
