I have a 97 talon tsi and the fan closest to the intake stays on when i turn off my car and it kills my battery what can this be?

The fan closest to intake (left side) is the condensor fan (for A/C). If the car is hot enough it will stay on for a while along with the radiator fan. If it's the only one on, suspect stuck condensor fan relay or faulty automatic compressor ECM.

I found out the problem my intake filter rubbed through some sensore causing it to short out and the fan to go on i fixed it thanx!
