are you supposed to wire each fan individually (I.E. the drivers side fan to the drivers side harness, and the passenger side fan to the passenger side harness) or do you connect BOTH fans to ONE sides harness?

Well I was digging into hardwiring to the stock fan wiring and ran into something else that hasnt been clarified in any of the other posts. With the DUAL fan shroud kit, are you supposed to wire each fan individually (I.E. the drivers side fan to the drivers side harness, and the passenger side fan to the passenger side harness) or do you connect BOTH fans to ONE sides harness? The way the fans come from FAL, they are both connected to a single point to be ran through the included control module.
My concern is that if you wire both fans through only one side maybe there will be too much draw on that given side and something will fry. On the flip side, if you wire one fan to each side, then they will operate like stock and the AC fan will only come on when the AC is operated and in turn reduce the cooling efficiency of the dual fans right? Also, if theyre both wired in to the passengers side, then they WONT come on with the AC but rather only flip on according to temps registered by the ECU. This could potentially pose a problem when I actually use the AC I would assume....
This is pretty frustrating considering this kit is advertised by FAL as being "plug and play", and in the end its about the furthest thing from it.....
Same question.....
no problem...those fans move A LOT of air!
I have the fans wired separately just like the stock fans. This way the fans are operated just like the factory intended them to. These fans do draw a lot of current (19.5A) so imagine overloading the circuit is a distinct possibility.
Please explain how to.... I only have one (driver side fan wired to passenger side) wired in but I now I need them both wired. Do I just tap the driver side fan into the driver side connector (assuming its the A/C), and tap the passenger side fan to the passenger side connector (for fan?)??
