exteme dimensions bumer turn signals

i just bought an Extreme Dimensions Blits front bumper for my 99 GS-T (part no 101873) and i noticed there are no slots for the turn signal marker lights that I have on my OEM bumper. I was wondering if its legal to take out thew marker lights or do i need to cut in holes for them.

also i have another question. what is a good way to measure up the holes for the bolts in the bumper. i noticed they leave the hole drilling to you.

I wouldnt worry about the marker lights. No one will care or notice, that there arent any there.

About the mounting issue. I would take off the old bumper first. Then I would put the new one up against the car just like it should fit. Probably stack some blocks of wood underneath it to hold it up tight against the car. Then take a sharpie and from the inside of the holes on the fender and top bumper mount, mark directly onto the new bumper. That way when you pull it off, marks are exactly where you should drill the holes.
