Explain this...!!

Here's my boost problem. Goes to 22psi, falls to 15psi and then creeps to 17psi and stays there....Could it be my bov?

It sounds to me like you are getting a boost spike and then settling down and then having boost creep. I am no expert but thats what it sounds like. I get boost spikes also but don't know what causes them or how to eliminate it. Hope this helps, just my .02

Yup, you're spiking to 22psi, going back down to what the mbc is set at (15psi), and then creeping to 17psi.

Well, I thought having a 35mm flapper and tubular o2 housing stopped boost creep?

The only way I heard of to eliminate boost creep is to go external. I was looking at the EVOIII and everyone was having creep even with the upgraded flapper. I was told to go external to get rid of it.

If you have adequate fuel supply, one thing you can do is set the MBC to the point of spike or creep and it should minimize or eliminate it. I have an unported setup on a Big 16G and it used to creep to 18. Once I had larger injectors and a bigger pump, I set it to 18 and the creep disappeared. Now I ride between 20-22 with no creep or spike.

Same here. I don't get any creep and I don't even have an exhaust to speak of (I don't even have a full downpipe )

Well, I tried settin the bc to 20psi but it spiked to like 25 and blew one of my pipes off....guess I'll just live with it for now......thanks guys...

Sounds like you either need to shorten the lines on your MBC or get a different one.
