Here's what I can tell you: First of all, you have a bad phantom knock problem. Try some Mobil 1, restore, and an OEM oil filter.

Second of all, you aren't leaning out under boost, at least not very badly. While your O2 voltage is dropping hard, your car isn't knocking any more than it was to begin with (because of the phantom knock).

It's probably just a dead O2 sensor or something.
 
that brought my o2's back to normal. BUT..... While tuning my car, I think the high egt's destoryed my 18g. Its time for a rebuild, lets just say all of a suddon i saw nothing but black smoke, then i pull the intake tube off, and OIL! lots of damn OIL! heh. 14b time for awhile.
 
Unless you melted parts because you ran too much timing AND had severe detonation I doubt EGT is responsible for your turbo failure. Sounds like a typical thrust bearing failure.
