I know this has been answered prolly a million times. I tried searching for it but couldnt find anything i was looking for. I got a FWD Automatic and I wanted to put a full exhaust system on my car. The thing is I dont want to get any boost creep. What is the best way to go for my exhaust without getting boost creep. I dont know if i should get a 2.5" downpipe and then 3" piping to the muffler or what to do. I have also heard of porting your ow housing or something or whatever I dont know. (im not an expert with DSM's as you can tell). Please bear with me, im not retarded with DSM's but not the brightest. What is the best setup I should do so i wont get boost creep? Thanks guy.

My suggestion is to mod once, and do it right. Go full 3" but to avoid creep issues you will need to port out the stock wastegate hole. When I had my 14b, I did the 34mm WG flapper mod and it solved ALL of my creep problems. But when I wanted to run 18+ psi when I upgraded my fuel system, it would blow open and my psi would fall fast because the stock actuator spring is not strong enough to hold the 34mm flapper shut. My advice is to take future fuel mods into consideration because you will eventually upgrade later. Just port the stock WG flapper hole so that it barely covers it , like 1-2mm. Good luck...

I have heard that punishment racing makes a very good 02 housing. www.kteller.com has great prices on 3" exhaust systems. $575.for a 3"stainless I believe, you add the muffler of your choice. I recommend an oval Magnaflow for balance between a fairly quiet system and a powerful sound. Mark
