Im not sure what exhaust to go with. I have one guy selling me a Apex N1turbo-back for 540, another guy with a buscher cat-back and a hahn downpipe for 450, then a dejon tool turbo-back for 250. I would love an RNR but I heard way to many complaints about there service and I dont want to get into that mess. What do you guys think about these exhaust and about any other exhaust that I should be looking at. Thanks for the help.

I would say look on ebay and search for exhaust for your car. Usually you can find the same exhaust for a lot cheaper. I found my full greddy piping for 475 shipped, which was a lot cheaper then i could have bought it anywhere else...

If he's seriously selling a Dejon turboback for $250, why haven't you bought it yet? That's pretty damn cheap, and I hear they are nicely made.

Is your car a 1g or 2g? An AWD or FWD? My buddy has an RNR and it sounds sooo nice, check out Megan Racing exhausts, they are decently priced and they sound the best IMO.

Guys,

I'm in the same situation with RNR, except I have already ordered my turbo-back with RNR. I placed the order during the last week of June '06. It is now August 7th and I have no exhaust at my doorstep. I really want the setup they offer, but I have called and called. 80% of the time I get the answering machine with no returned calles when I leave a message. The other 20% of the time I talk to the fabricator who goes by the name of James. He says that Ryan is the owner and that he cannot provide a tracking number for me. I have been able to get a hold of them twice in the past week with the same situation....no Ryan. I don't know what kind of shack these guys are running, but I have had my car torn apart in my garage for almost 2 months waiting on this thing. I am about ready to call the credit card company to start the dispute process and while I'm at it, the BBB out of San Diego. This exhaust was supposed to be here before last Friday because they said they shipped it Monday and I find it funny that they cannot give me a tracking number because I never get a hold of Ryan. This Ryan guy is a made up fictional character or has no respect for his customers.

I was at work this morning and we almost took legal action against CSX for almost shutting the plant down for not supplying the raw materials that they were holding up. I do not see too much of a difference except I'm a smaller guy than than a company.

Guys help me out with any opinions tht you may have. Even a link to a good 3" stainless turbo-back w/ O2 eliminator and high flow cat would be nice. I just want to get this project going and my garage straightened out so I can put two cars in it again.

Thanks for hearing my complaints, but I think I have all the right to complain especially when they say on their website that the time for delivery is currently quoted, "We currently are low on orders and are able to get AWD turbo backs, downpipes, etc shipped one week from the purchase date." It's nice that they charge my credit card the full amount of $800 almost two months before they even start building it.

I would definitely not buy another exhaust right away. You want to make for sure you can get your money back first. If it were me I would just be patient, since I was when I was waiting for my RNR exhaust. I honestly believe it'll come, you just have to give it some time and if you don't have time, get a hold of them and ask for your money back and they might start to get serious on getting it done.

I have an Apexi N1 catback exhaust, and I'm very happy with it. Also, I'm with "Sk8Shorty", definitely try Ebay or DSMtrader... I found my Apexi N1 in slightly used condition for $300 shipped on Ebay. :thumb:
