what's the size of stock exhaust piping on a 1g eclipse NA dohc?

is it better to go 2.5" piping or 2.25"?

also what are the mufflers that produce deep bass sound?

Hmm.. try searching this muffler question has been beat.

Its probably going to be real hard to find an exhaust that doesn't make an NA car sound raspy. Look around on YouTube and try and get some ideas.
