Exhaust Noise

I got this noise it is driving me crazy when ever I am driving. It sounds like my exhaust is rattling. I dont here the noise when I give it gas to accel but when I let off the gas to down shift is when I hear it, it just sounds like a lose pipe rattling. I have cheaked it out it, is a new exhaust the weilds are good the J hooks are weilded into the pipe it looks secure.

Any Ideas ??
(2.5 inch exhaust highflow cat)

Had the same problem with the old stock exhaust as well.

Mine was rattling and so I put it on a hoist at work and found that one of my exhuast heat sheilds was rattling. The welds that were holding it to the pipe broke. I just put a peice of wire around it and twisted it untill it was tight.

I have removed both of my heat sheilds and I still get this rattle
Also when went under the car I saw that there is a crease (like a dent about 2 inchs in length) in my down pipe right at the elbow after the flex connector will this hurt preformance??

maybe your hangers are loose ? . . . possibly not even in its proper location ?

my freind had this rattle in his integra. it took us forever to figure out what it was. finnaly found a little rock in between a heat sheild and the exhaust pipe.

check everything. its more than likely a busted hanger or broke weld of some sort.
