exhaust manifold studs and gasket

Today, i heard a hissing sound coming from my engine bay, which only occured when i was hitting boost.

i got home and looked and a exhaust manifold stud is broken inside.
Since i want to do the job right, I want to put in all new exhaust manifold studs and nuts, and a new exhaust manifold gasket as well.

i've searched on here but i would prefer to know what brand and type of parts you guys have purchased with satisfaction, as i dont want to run out to autozone and buy everything, when i could have gotten better quality of parts elsewhere.

so, if anyone can direct me to a site that sells great exhaust manifold studs and exhaust manifold to cylinder head gasket to match.

I just want to know what products fellow dsm'ers have used to fix this, with great success.

the exhaust manifold to head gasket is pretty generic, you'll be fine with whatever

go stainless. never break another again. do it all now, and forgeddaboudit. the factory exh gasket is steel, and really cheap. go with that. turbo to manifold, go with a stainless or copper. also, the copper coated exh manifold nuts, bmw has some really trick ones, 11 72 1 437 202 is the part number. they are slightly thicker, and have a built in shoulder, so you dont need a washer. they also have an alloy helicoil for threads. they work extremely well.
