So i need the opinion of what i should buy. Should i either get a gospeed fmic or a forced performance manifold? I worked my butt off at work so i'm rewarding myself and want to order one tomorrow but i dont know which one to go with?

thanks

I say a tubular manifold, just because they look mean as hell. Plus the sidemount is enough for the t25. Adding a bigger front mount will just give you more lag. IMO

FP race manifolds flow just as good if not better, than some tubulars, and don't cost an arm and a leg. The tubular manifolds available at the same price range as fp manifolds are garbage. A well ported 2g exhaust manifold will flow close to an fp manifold though, just not as pretty:thumb:

Just eye candy basically. But i guess the same can be said if he goes for the FMIC as well.

As I said above, if you are hell bent on one of those go with the fmic, but I agree with some of the others in this thread. Get the necessary gauges and something to tune with like ECMLink (the lite version is a great value) before anything else. I wouldn't bother with much else before you have those because nothing you buy at this point will make much of a difference without those things. If your car can be tuned then every upgrade after it will be able to be utilized. You can't get bigger injectors without a way to tune. You can't further raise the boost without those injectors. You can't utilize a bigger turbo without more fuel. I could go on and on, but basically if you get the ability to tune out of they way now, every upgrade down the road will be noticeable not to mention you will be able to monitor your car with the gauges such as a wideband.

Seeing as your current list of mods doesn't really warrant either the FMIC or the manifold, this purchase is just for the good ol fun of it. The FMIC would be my choice as it would pay more smiles per dollar.

I have the a/f gauge installed with the boost. I figured oil pressure would be next one to get once i put in the walbro 255 and afpr. I suppose I could just get stuff like the fuel system and supporting mods with a bigger turbo and install them in a few months. I'm going back to school soon but i have a full ride thanks to academics so money for school is irrelevant as most people would tell me. I earn more than 99.9% of the people my age due to the fact i work like crazy and run my own business. I guess I could just follow the steps on here for upgrading:ohdamn:

okay made my purchase this morning. I went with a godspeed fmic. Now just one more question. what mbc would you recommend. I think i'm going with dejon tool mbc off the parts catalog on here. any recommendations?
