Exedy clutch disk center play??

Hi,

I took my engine out and checked the clutch(exedy 3 puck ceramic) and found that the center section hole part which sits on to the transmission shaft has a play. Is it normal? shouldn't it be forced to stand still between springs?
disk looks in perfect condition, springs are also in perfect condition, they don't make noise when shaked, but you can turn them, but not very easily.

Is it normal?

I have seen this and it ends badly; it will strip the rivets leaving you stranded. The more stress the sooner it will break
