So im running into an issue with my hood, the back half is nice and tucked flush with the fenders but the front sticks up about a 1/2 inch. I've tried screwing in my bump stops but nothing and couldn't find much info on any adjustment. This is my first DSM and im not really a body guy but this gap has been bugging me recently. Also the hood has no signs of a bend or damage at all.

Here's some photos, maybe it has 2gA headlights and not 2gB?

Those are definitely 2gb headlights. The 2ga headlights are completely different.

It's possible that your latch assembly is bent. I see some small damage to your bumper but it usually takes a hard hit to bend the reinforced assembly.

You tried turning these clockwise, correct? You mentioned adjusting the bump stops but just wanted to verify.

Yeah clockwise all the way in on both sides, I don't think the latch is bent. Only damage to the front end is the lower portion of the rad support where the fog light bracket is bent in, not horrible but enough to notice.

Make some marks where it is, just in case, then loosen the bolts and move it down, I’m not a 2g guy but I assume the latch is adjustable like every other car I’ve messed with.
