evox rumors

called the mitsu dealer today, askin about why my car still isnt running, i think its the maf, but theres no way to test it.... even the gm dealer said the only way to test it is if the cars running or not.... anyways.....

i asked about the ralliart eclipse and he said (him being a guy i know who works there and has for a long time, his father owned the dealer, and he went to the same highschool as me, the highest ranked school in the second highest ranked district in california,... were all rich smart asses.... get used to it.......) that he doesnt know anything about it, but that i was the 4th guy to call about it... then he asked me if i had heard about the evox, and i said, "the red one at the tokyo show?" (not sure if he was talking about the actual evox concept or the sportsback concept) and he said yes, thats the one. Its going to have 380hp with a 440 hp model as the top end model.

at first i didnt believe him, but we talked somemore and he assured me that to his knowlege the new evox will have a 440 hp model... has anyone else heard about this? i know there should be great reason to doubt as ive been hearing up and down everywhere it will be a 300hp, 325 ft lb car, but 440? sounds too good to be true... anyone know for sure?

I've read something about the baseline model having around that power if i remember correctly. I read about it on MSN.com i believe, maybe you can search there for sure
