EVOIII 16G addtitional mod questions

I run an evo9 pump and I'm not suffering any major ill effects. I may be overrunning because I have a somewhat crappy idle but I believe that is more from leaky TB seals. With gas being as cheap as it is I really don't mind this minor overrun condition (if it exists at all). Some people run 255HPs without an AFPR and while I don't recommend this at all they get away with it. The evo9 pump seems docile enough for my setup without an AFPR so I don't see any harm.

Your mods list doesnt seem to be up to date, do you have an safc ?

From everything i've read . I know the 190lph pump can overrun the stock and a 210lph evo9 definitely will. I plan to keep this turbo on for a long time unless something happens to the turbo itself. It's only 5 months old. I may just have to wait on the chip. It kinda sucks because now i'm goin backwards with my mods. Two questions I have at this point.

-evo 8 injectors-enough to get my car into high 12's?
-evo 8 fuel pump-goto evo 9 pump and get afpr or just get 190lph and save some cash.

The evo8 and evo9 pumps flow about the same at idle and boost up to 15psi. Are you overrunning your FPR now?

to be honest im not sure. I have the safc II on -19 and my idle runs pretty good, on logger it looks like it may be a tiny bit rich but not alot. Just went over to evolutionm and found out evo X pumps are pretty good. I may wait and see if i can find a stock one of these.

Just out of curiosity, wouldn't it be easier to just use a wally 255 instead of messing around with evo pumps? It seems like its a bigger pain in the ass to figure out what evo pump to get.Are they super cheap or something?

You're right it isn't up to date. The car isn't on the road though because there is still white stuff on the ground so I feel justified in not messing with the mods list yet, I'll get there when roads are clean.

I do not have an SAFC. I ran that setup without any sort of tuning device without issues. As the profile says I have kept my 16g at a low boost of about 11-12psi daily and 14-15psi when I want to have fun, I didn't see any pulled timing so I'm relatively sure I wasn't knocking the shit out of my headgasket.

The only difference when it comes to the setup that I have experience with as far as the evo9 pump is about 2 months last summer with that setup and a Forge bov instead of a 1g bov.

For fuel control now I am using an evo8 ecu with a bone stock fuel map and generic 2g injector and maf adjustments but it hasn't ventured more than 10ft out of the garage like that and the interior panels are still in the back seat. I did mention that it is still cold so you can see why I'm not motivated to spend the time prettying it back up until it is ready to come out.

Basically what I am saying is that my car was from a fuel perspective bone stock except for the fuel pump and if my car could take it then probably so can any other reasonably maintained car. I did not notice any difference in idle quality and the only cool thing about overrun is that it gets better as you get on the throttle. I also did not notice any loss in fuel mileage which makes me confident (as confident as I can get without a FP gauge) that I have no (or minimal) overrun issues.
