does anyone know why my psi is dropping off like that How can it just drop 15psi at 100% Thorttle.

You have a leak. Is the bov vented.

If you could post the DSMlink log I would be happy to take a look at it. I would like to see what is going on with airflow and verify with the WBO2 and IDC. Is boost on the guage holding? The BoostEst in DSMlink is just another view of airflow/rev, which will drop as RPM goes up and VE drops. That in itself is not a concern. .8 does seem low though, and timing shots up as well. Yeah, post the DSMlink log ;)

My logs look very similar to yours when I'm experiencing mas overrrun. This is on a stock mas. Injector duty cycle drops from 9X% to 6X % after 6000rpm. All this on a small 16g @ 16psi.

You really should have a fuel pump at this point. First gen stock pumps blow.

At a target AFR of 9.5:1 with fuel specific gravity of .76 the 1g pump can only support 26 lbs/min, and the injectors can only support 27 lbs/min, both of which you have gone over. But the fact that airflow drops too tells me it would have to be the MAS. I knew the 1g MAS sucked, but I didn't realize it was that bad. The 2g MAS can do 50 lbs/min max for comparison. If there is one you can borrow I would throw it in. IIRC, the 1g DSMlink has built in compensation for a 2g MAS. See if that doesnt fix your airflow curve (looks like Tom already made this suggestion). BUT, even if your airflow signal shapes up, you still can't go over ~26 lbs/min, so I would turn the boost down a pound or two to be safe. Upping AFR to 11:1 gives you up to ~31 lbs capacity. Just be careful.

Actually, you said you are logging boost, but I dont see it in the logs, only boost est. That is not the same thing. What is your guage boost pressure?
