I take it it's an automatic. Get rid of the timing pull on shifts and it will work much better.
 
Your coolant temps are getting really high during that run. I would definitely look into bringing them down.

Oh, and there isn't any reason to log STFT and LTFT during a WOT pull since they are disregarded in open loop operation.

I am having a little trouble keeping my temps low, i thank my big fmic for that, i had to rewired my fans so that they kick in at the same time, that helped but if run the car hard for a while i see temps up to 221* specially on higher speeds, i might just try to get a 180* thermostant and see what happens!

A 2G already has a 180* t-stat. Yes I am talking about the Stan mod or DSMlink.
