Evo motor in GST

What all to do i need to make an evo motor work in my car.....i have a 97 gst and one of the rod bearing just spun....what electrical stuff would need changed like harness and computer.... Is it even possible Thanks

You do know that the Evo engines are rotated 180* with respect to a DSM engine, right?

Evo 1-3 Motor would be just like any other 6 bolt swap. Evo 4+ Motor, Keep dreaming. For starters it is backwards. Just do a 6bolt swap from a 1g or buy a JDM 6 bolt and call it a day.

Anything is possible if you throw enough money at it. However, unless you use a motor from a Evo3 or earlier, it'll be an expensive endeavor as the motor faces the wrong way.
