Evo: future eclipse?

hey guys i know this may seem like a random and peculiar question, which might not even be in the right section but ill throw it out there anyway out of curiousity.

Do you think in like 10 years the EVO VIII and the other models will become like the 1g and 2g eclipses are now? meaning the evo's will be like the cheap tuner cars that everybody underestimates. It just seems to me that they will never depreciate in value, i cant imagine buying an 05 evo for like 5 grand that would be ridiculous.

Hopefully they'll be like that. I've always wanted an Evo. But they're so damn expensive. By the way, this will probably get moved to the Hangout.

No. They will never be quite as popular as the 1g & 2g DSM's because there has hardly been any Evo's imported into the US compared the #'s of DSM's that were manufactured in the US. The Evo will be a semi rare car, especially since dodge took over and screwed up the development for future Evo's.

in 10 years? Maybe if the 4g63 is tuned to run of natural gas or hydrogen. haha/
The EVO's are nice, I'd love to own one, maybe in a few years when you can get a used one at a decent price.
But I'd love to see the Talon's come back(not so much the eclipse, just for the ways they've butchered it in the 3g and 4g.) It's the same thing either way.
They might throw a 4g63t awd back into an eclipse, as long as they figure out a new body scheme, It'd be great.
The market for sports cars at those prices isn't really too high. They still have the eclipse which is questionably a sports car, but I don't know why they took the 4g63 out of it, yet continued it in the EVO..
