How big is it? 60mm like the 1G or 62mm? Is it worth the hassle?

No it is not worth the hassle. Get a 1g N/T throttle body.

They do but then again all DSM throttle bodies develop shaft seal leaks at some time. With a proper rebuild they work awesome. Plus the I/C is coupled to the throttle body instead of bolted on so it is a much better seal.

No size difference betweeen NT and turbo 1g TBs, the only difference is how the piping connects.

For the majority of cars the 1g tb is plenty large and will outflow most street friendly setups.

I thought the Evo8 TB will be somewhat of an upgrade with it's half shaft and 60mm throttle blade. Thanks for the heads up.
