Evo 8 coilovers on a 1G?

I was wondering if my JIC coilovers from my old Evo would fit on my 90 1G, they are Muellerized but the struts on the front ones are blown so I'm gonna need to try and relocate some new ones since JIC doesn't offer the struts for them anymore.

If you have them why are you asking us? Go put 'em on and see! I've read about people swapping struts over from Evo's before. I think you need to shim the front where it bolts to the knuckle as the Evo uses a little thicker connection. Other than that I recall it working out fine.

My car is getting 235's put on it right now or I would haha, I just need to try and track down the dampers for the front since JIC doesn't offer them anymore.
