evo 560cc injectors?

How much boost can evo 560cc injectors take from a small 16g on a 1st gen? Running a rewired walbro 255, 40psi base fuel pressure, FMIC with hard pipes, a 2nd gen maf, arp head studs and a metal head gasket, with a key driver chip. Just curios on a hypothetical number on these injectors with this set up. Thanks. Trying to decide if i need to go bigger with the injectors.

I don't have a 1G but I have 560s, s16G, and a rewired 190 pump and I'm running 19. Could probably do 20. I haven't logged any good runs yet but it runs pretty well.

I have almost the I dentical setup. My base fuel pressure is set at 45psi though. I have ran my small 16g up to 28psi with no problem at all. I do fine tune with a safc also.

Did you have an AFPR? Your stock FPR could have been overrun causing you to run rich/causing increased duty cycle.

I was able to run ~24-25psi on the b16g at 10.8:1a/f at less than 100%idc
This was on a rewired Evo8 fuel pump and injectors, 1g auto 43psi fpr.

I did low 20's with a 14B, Evo MAS and 560cc injectors. I do believe I was running on the lean side though. No WB was used.

40psi base pressure will cause those injectors to flow a bit less, probably somewhere around 550cc. They are rated at 560cc at 43.5psi but actually tend to flow closer to 580cc at that pressure.

When I had evo8 injectors I ran 23psi on an evo3 16g but was definitely pushing them to the limit with an AFR of 10.8-11.0. Certainly differences in engine VE will affect the boost that you can run so pay more attention to the airflow numbers that are in the link a couple of posts up from here.

Those injectors will just about outflow the turbo (but wont) at 100% IDC under perfect conditions. They will let your car be quite quick and a lot of fun at 80% IDC.

You're in great shape then. I plan on using a keydriver stage 3 with a 2 step and probably a safcII for added support if necessary. I'm just going for a simple daily driver that I won't have to mess with too much once it is set. I'll be using evo 560ccs in the future as well with a 190lph rewired and shoot for a simple 11:1 afr.
