I am in process of setting up my car to accept the EVO 16G that I purchased. I was looking at fuel options and I know that I need a better fuel pump. Will a 190lph be ok for the 16G? and if so to what ammount of boost? will thw 190 support a 550 injector upgrade? Also, I know that If I go with a 255lph I will need to have a FPR. What is a good FPR to use? Aeromotive? I dont really plan to make more than 300 HP and I was wondering what is the best setup to achieve my goal.

Thanks.

190 will be more than enough for your setup though I recommend a filter mounted fuel pressure gauge as 190 overrun, although rare, isn't unheard of. What you'll need to consider here is boost creep, I would port the turbo prior to installation.

For your goals of 300 whp (especially on a FWD) a rewired Walbro 190 lph fuel pump and 550cc injectors would be enough. For tuning you will be fine with a datalogger and an SAFC.

I had ordered the new turbo with the 34mm flapper, but from the looks of that link I will still have to do some porting to eliminate creep.

Thats what I understood from my previous reaserch. Allthough i read it can be hard to tune with a SAFC.

I ordered a 255lph fuel pump. I figured the prices are the same so why not get the better of the two. The plan right now is an Aeromotive FPR and Supra injectors. I will be running the system with a SAFC and datalogger. That should allow me enough fuel delivery for most boosting situations I would think. Could run a constant 15psi with that right?

Yes, as long as everything is functioning properly. With that said, only a logger can tell for sure.
