Everyone's most UNIQUE mod...

My mod would have to be the fact that I bought my car with nearly no body on it, just a roof. No engine or drivetrain. It was pretty hairy, and have since pieced it back together a million parts at a time, now that it's together, I'm having problems with the engine!!!! Maybe my 2nd gen will be better modded.............when I get it

Bottom of interior painted black. Still awaiting the carpet and I need the racing seats but I am almost there. Some more rattle cans and the carpet in the mail, I will have some pictures up later.

I guess painting the entire engine flat black. You know, that engine paint you can get a parts stores like AutoZone. Painted every single inch. The only thing that's not painted is the DOHC-2.0-16-valves letters. You know, gotta let people know how super-manly the engine is when I pop my hood.

No, sorry. Even if I did, I would'nt know how to put them them up. I have a scanner but I haven't gotten round' to settin' it up. Finals are just round' the corner soo I hardly have the time. I promise though, as soon as i get it all set up, I'll post pics of everything. Promise.

Seriously, that's one of the best looking "painted" interior's I've seen.

I'm used to seeing the ricers take out there air vents and painting them yellow.

Thanks for the good words guys. Yeah it definitely is one of a kind around here. Never seen another interior job in person like this before. It shines just like glass and could be waxed if I felt like it , and when you go through tunnels with those orange lights it reflects off of the dash and shines up onto the windshield and it looks like Gran Tourismo when you go through the tunnels

umm my "mod" would have to be 97+ eclipse haeedlights on 96 talon (with the old bumper)... Coudlnt find a cheap enough bumper cover to replace the 96 one. Ill post pics as soon as i get home

... except that the Carreras are a %#$@$#@ to mount due to Corbeau's nasty brackets. See my #@%#@%#@%#@%#@%y thread elsewhere about that.

Still looking for a method of mounting my set that doesn't completely suck.

Id have to say my most unique mod is painting the whole center piece of my tail assembly and then painting the orange part of the tail lights. I havent seen many valve covers with their letters shaved off. I have seen a few 1G's with 3G's wheels.

thanks dude, how long did it take you???? and are those the 95-96 headlights?????

98 headlights. whole proccess took about 4 hours. my vary depending on how easily you can take off your headlights. making the damn angel eyes was the hard part. installing them and wiring them up was the easy part as was taking apart the headlight to access the inner housing. i told a few other people this: "if you are going to do this, i suggest taking out the orange reflector in the headlight. it just unscrews and comes right out, as does the inner housing." so anything you need to know, let me know. like i said, use the contacts to contact me if you need to.

I would have to say my custom heat shield around the intake filter. Blocks out the heat from the engine.
