What about all the guys/girls out there with that are not f**ked up???? I think its about time that we gave these cars some praise. so lets hear it for our DSMs and how long its been treating you well....

This is with 154 compression across the board!!!!! I had the car for 4 years w/mods and had to only replace the slave cylinder(burnout dont help) I was driving 175 mile to and from school every weekend and the car never left me down!! I never had to call a tow truck.
All and all treat the car right and it will treat you right

142k and thanks to the last owner it is need of repairs every week, but the frist owner is why this car does not leak oil or leak any fluids.

I had my Eclipse NT for about about 4 years. One day the car died on me in the middle of the road, kept trying to get it to turn, it wouldn't. Luckily I was within walking distance to work. So I pushed it into the nearest parking lot, and came back later. It still wouldn't start, but I kept trying for about 5 minutes... I literally begged my car "oh baby don't do this to me..." then it miraculously started!. So I drove it to the nearest garage. It died in the parking lot, and wouldn't start again... this time more permanent. What luck that I actually made it there.

The shop diagonosed it pretty quick.. Full Pump Relay was shot... so they called me up, I authorized repairs, and got it back that afternoon. $50 for the diagonosis, $30 for a freakin' relay I could've got myself for $10.



Wait a sec before you say "gosh see what I mean? Complaints!", I'm getting to my point....


4 years daily driving, only 1 morning of downtime. I'll let you judge if thats pretty damn reliable or not.
