evaporative canister burp'n

I tried to do some research on this but found nothing about a evaporative canister that makes a vibrating noise. Mine does it everyonce and a while and seems to be loud the first time after i shut off the car and it'll take time to build up for the second set of noise's to come. the noise gets softer and softer the more it does it till it stops completely. I dont think its done any type of performance loss. but I read that it can be pulled out (read on the 1g) I have the motor out so it would be easy to pull it out but need more info on how to and what you guys think i should do?

Come on guys. Someones got to have an idea of why its make'n all the buzz'n noise. ohh and i dont think its a leak cuz i have no CEL light.

Probably the evap purge not releasing those gasses.
