I have a 1990 eagle talon i am looking for the evaporative emission purge solenoid can some one take a picture or tell me what it looks like and where its located?

try this link for help. Great way to learn your engine bay and most (not every) switch solenoid on your car.

Just click on the segment of your engine bay you want to research and it'll zoom in. The part your looking for is on the upper left corner of the car just above the Brake Booster if you click on the picture near that area, you'll find the purge solenoid your talking about.
