I have one. I'm not sure what the lowest is, depending on how you adjusted the wastegate actuator. I set mine up to run 16 psi in the beginning (which it held perfectly with no spike or creep) for initial tuning. Right now it sits at ~21.5. Boost control is a Greddy Profec B.
