ete23 ss oil feed from filter

I have a ete32 with mitsu housing coming and I stripped the bolt in the head so I was going to buy the line from extremepsi that comes from the oil filter but I want to make sure that I buy the right one they have a couple lines for different turbos. What one should I buy?

How should I block off the head?

When we were running our feed off the housing we just used a bolt, a crush washer and some rtv, seemed to do the trick fine.

Well the reason I'm using the oil feed from the oil filter housing is because the head supply is stripped...Can I put the banjo bolt in with a crush washer or do I have to re thread it?
