I want to know in 12"front mount what size intercooler do you have in your front bumper? I want to get the 3.5 but I just don't want if it's to big to fit.

I have a 4" ETS fits great. People fit 6" too with more trimming
How much trimming did you need to do? I know I have to ditch my fogs and bumper support right? Do you have any pictures? Of it in bay and puting it on?
Do you guys have any pictures. And knowing that I can run a 4" now I will get that. I have been waiting to get this on order and now it's gonna happen. If you happen to have pictures that would help me a lot thanks.

I called 2weeks ago and they said they are no longer making the piping just intercoolers. I called stm and they called they and I told stm everything i need he told them and said it will be 2 or 3 weeks.

I have been running the ETS 3" "short route" race intercooler for a few years now. fIt fit okay, though I needed to move the ABS motor up 2-3" higher. I got the polished stainless steel pipes. I did need to do a bit of cutting on the front bumper cover. I did keep the crash bar, I just needed to cut out part of the lower leg. I'm just not willing to give that up, as I don't want to get into a fight with the insurance company if I were to get hit. I was able to keep the fog lights, but I have moved the license plate to the drivers side like the EVO has...so now I'm blocking one fog. They did fit, but I did end up running the car over to JMFabrications and have them tweet them a bit to fit even better. If I could go back and do it again I would have gotten the "ultra short route" kit.

Those pictures work pirfict. Resion why I was so worried is I have a hks blow off and I was worried of hitting. But I might be getting a new tial. Is your intercooler in pic the ultra short route?

How much go are you running on 3" set up?

I'm running the "short route", unfortunately not the "ultra short route" mine has the inlet and outlet coming out on the ends instead of the back. I'm running 20-22 PSI, but I've been going easy on it. It's a DD.....it's my only driver! I blow it up, I'm walking. It's got 227,000 miles on the factory crank, mains and thrust.

I guess there's too many variables. I had to cut a couple inches off of a couple of them to make it all fit. Then for a few weeks I had pipes that had no rolled beads on the ends! A little too much boost would blow the hose off. I ran over to JMFabrications and had them fix them up a bit and make them fit nicely.

Had to remove the bumper support.
I have the 4 inch ultra short and I am still using my bumper support. I had to cut it to allow the intercooler to fit though. When I park I don't trust folks that may park n front of my car.

Only drawback I have is cooling at idle so I will be putting cutouts in my front bumper me on each side of the emblem.
