Erratic Idle during cold start

Hey guys, so at a cold start my car idles at 2k then down to 1500k. Once it hits 1500 the car idles up and down from 1500 - 1300k until the car warms up. Any advice to where i can look at. I already replaced the ISC and still no good but after the car warms up it drives perfectly fine no problems.

was having similar issues last week. just my rpms wearnt going as high. it ended up being my 02 sensor.

I have the same problem but it goes from 1500-3000rpms...let me know if you figure it out

primary 02 sensor, if the car is tuned it could be the cold start enrichment. make sure the tps is at .068 volts when foot is off the pedal.

Vacuum leak. When it warms up the car has already compensated for it so it stops. Mine is doing it too, I just havnt done a leak check all the way through yet.
